As a result of our love of cooking shows, Cooking classes are now the perfect way for companies and private groups to engage in a fun, exciting,  hands on activity. Hands on Cooking Classes are perfect for specialty event nights, team building and corporate client nights. In addition, facilitated cooking classes are an easy way to celebrate diversity in the workplace.

PRIVATE CLASSES

Cooking Classes are a great icebreaker for private parties, hens and buck nights, birthday parties, community groups, festive get togethers and general fun and entertainment.

With my 20 years experience presenting and facilitating classes I am well equipped to be able to facilitate class sizes from 4 – 50 people.

With a range of class plans and structures, I can personally create a cooking class to suite your theme, group dynamic and specialty requested cuisine.  What better way to build team morale, say thank you, mingle with clients, or just relax and have fun cooking with friends.

A little chopping, stirring, sautéing, grilling, lots of tasting, a few drinks, and then sitting down to a magnificent banquet of dishes prepared by you and your peers, its an experience which can be enjoy by young and old alike.

COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS

Whether a Corporate or Community event, Trade Show,  Food Festival or part of corporate training,  a cooking demonstration can be a perfect vehicle for product recognition and branding. Cooking Demonstrations are great for gaining community involvement or as an ice breaker and crowd pleaser offering informative, fun and delicious entertainment.

I consider myself one of the best when it comes to being able to work with crowds, engaging them in a relaxed fun and informative cooking demonstration. Whether you are wanting to promote local products, feature a specific theme through recipe development, launch a new product or create an interactive community event.

I have extensive experience in sales, product promotions and specialised ingredient representation.  I would be more than happy to discuss a plan with you to suit your product requirements for your next product launch or event.

Classes are limited to minimum of 8 and maximum of 10 guests giving each participant a fun, entertaining, informative and interactive cookery class. Classes are suited to anyone from the complete novice to the true foodie.

Dominique has been hosting and facilitating cooking classes, cooking demonstrations and workshops for over 20 years.  Her approach is “real” teaching you kitchen skills, tips and food tricks that will change the way to see, think about and work with food. Her classes will give you the confidence to be able to “throw” together flavours, ingredients and meals brining nutrition and variety to yourself and your family. Dominique’s passion for a sustainable kitchen, her unique presenting style and repertoire of recipes will help you with your day to day cooking and special event entertaining, making life easy and delicious.

Dominique’s focus is on delicious, creative, healthy food drawing on her professional experiences  and her vast range of food knowledge from her European and World travels. Classes include International Cuisines as well as hands-on workshops in many areas including: cooking for various food intolerances, Vegan, Vegetarian, Low – Carb and Keto. Believing that balance is the key to health and happiness Dominique’s skills also include fresh pasta and pizza, reduce waste and sustainable cooking, bread baking, salads and vegetables, entertaining, and classes covering techniques such as knife skills, fermenting, household preserving and pantry staples.
