Then join us for Part 2 a this deliciously interesting class where we take you through the benefits of bringing healthy flavours into your cooking with a holistic approach to ingredients. We create a delicious Pumpkin Pie with Clove, Ginger & Cinnamon Bark, Guacamole with Cilantro, Lime, Lemon and Black Pepper, Mediterranean Herb Chicken Kebabs with Marjoram, Thyme, Rosemary and finish with Raw Blueberry Bars with Wild Orange & Cinnamon Bark and a Raw Peppermint Slice.
About Rhiannon Christie from Spoilt by Nature
Rhiannon Christie is a Nutritional Therapist, Essential Oils Educator & Wellness Mentor, Health Blogger, Certified AromaTouch Practitioner, Business Owner and Mum based in Brisbane, Australia. She is passionate about inspiring and educating people to live happier, healthier lives. A passionate advocate for learning and understanding our bodies and the effects our environment has on them, her mission is to motivate people to make healthier choices.
