Lyn Vicary will take you through a selection of delicious recipes and ingredients with her Rain Forest Bounty collection. Recipes include Champagne with Cape York Lilly Pilly Berries in Syrup, Plum and Berry Jeowbong prawn pizza, Lamb chops with Lime and Lemon Aspen Pickle marinade, Baked Fish with Mango and Tamarind Chutney drizzle, Steamed beans and asparagus w Ooray Plum Spicy Sauce, Fresh tomato salad w Ooray Plum Fruit Vinegar and for dessert a simple Summer Fruit Medley served with Ooray Plum and Strawberry Paste.
