Sausage Making Workshop

If you ever wanted to make your own sausages, this is the class. We give you tips on the perfect cuts of meat to use, quantity of fat to meat ratio, blending the correct flavours. We share some of the best tips straight from the butcher’s mouth for a winning sausage mix.
New to the Putia Cooking School Schedule are our fun and informative workshop nights. These hands-on classes focus on improving your skills on a number of different topics specialising in one topic per class. Classes run for two hours and are limited to 16 people giving you the attention and skills required to master each technique. We finish the class with a tasting of the products made. Recipe books and beverages are included.
