For those of you looking to spark up your everyday menu, bring more fruits and vegetables into your diet and to explore spice and flavour, this class is for you. Enjoy a delicious menu of potato and rice croquets, smoked eggplant and tomato salad with chermoula dressing, green beans with harissa, spiced green pea and sweet potato fritters with yoghurt sauce and a gluten free vegetable bastille and finish with a spiced orange cake with blossom and wild orange syrup.
