Bringing flair to your everyday cooking, acclaimed Chef Gurdeep Sethi, known as Chef Guru will take you on a flavourful journey as he guides you into the world of spice. Learn which spices go best with different ingredients, how to combine spices and how much to use. A great class for anyone who loves to bring big flavours into their cooking. Discover recipes such as mini curry puffs with mustard seeds and jaggery relish, ham and cauliflower fritters with harissa mayonnaise, smoked lentils with whole spices, Chinese five spice calamari with garlic and chilli, seasonal vegetables with fenugreek butter, steamed rice with tempered cumin, bay leaf and baby spinach.
