Bali, Australia’s northern neighbour is one of our most popular tourist destinations for an Island Getaway! The traditional flavours of Balinese dishes are influenced by Chinese and Indian cuisines, using many aromatic spices in the cooking of fresh vegetables, meat and fish.
In this Balinese Cooking Class, Chef Guru will take you through the art of making authentic satay marinades and sauces; Gado Gado, the popular Indonesian salad of raw and cooked vegetables, boiled eggs, with noodles, in an addictive, aromatic peanut sauce: Snake beans and capsicum stir-fry with coconut, chilli and shallot sambal; Grilled whole baby snapper with Sambal Goreng; Soto Ayam (Javanese chicken soup) and more.
