If you’re keen to learn more about growing your own food or improving your edible gardening skills come along to our Sow great Saturday morning workshop. The sessions are fun and educational and include a gourmet lunch and beverages. Group sizes are limited to sixteen people and there’s plenty of opportunity to have your questions answered. Pick up tips and hands on experience soil improvement and testing for planting, trimming, how to cut herbs, how to trim or prune plants, how to pick fruit and vegetables off the vine eg tomatoes, cutting kale, perennials, companion planting ie what herbs to plant next to each other and more.
We want our workshops to be an experience, not just another workshop. The workshop is held at the amazing Putia Pure Food Kitchen in Banyo where they have a thriving kitchen garden. The workshops are held in the garden, before concluding with a gourmet lunch in the restaurant.
