Each property is handpicked for its character, location, hospitality and, of course, its food — whether that’s modern luxury or traditional charm. Expect 4- and 5-star stays, with comfortable private rooms and your own ensuite, ensuring both ease and privacy throughout your journey.

Everything is thoughtfully taken care of — with no hidden costs. Your tour price covers all land arrangements, including accommodation, experiences and transfers as outlined in the itinerary, so you can relax and enjoy every moment. (Flights are not included.)

Tour lengths vary to suit different schedules, and there is always the option to extend your journey or add one of my culinary experiences to your existing European travels.
Each itinerary is designed as a guide rather than a rigid schedule, so you are always free to opt in or out as you wish. With all logistics seamlessly taken care of, you can relax into the experience — leaving room for discovery, connection and those unexpected moments that often become the highlight of the trip.

Costs and inclusions
What's Included in the tour price?
Your tour price is designed to be all-inclusive, covering accommodation, meals, beverages and the full range of curated experiences throughout your journey. Unlike most tours, your package also includes arrival and departure transfers — from the airport to your hotel on arrival, and back to the airport at the end of your tour. This ensures a smooth start and finish to your tour. (Flights are not included.). For full details, please refer to the inclusions listed within each individual itinerary.
What are the Payment Options?
We offer a range of flexible payment options to make booking and paying for your tour as seamless as possible. In line with new Australian regulations effective from 1st October 2026, credit and debit card surcharges will no longer be added at the point of payment.
Instead, any applicable processing costs are incorporated into the overall tour package. Payments can be made securely via our website, Paypal, Square - Please note that payments made via American Express, PayPal and Square will incur their standard processing fees.
For those wishing to minimise fees, we recommend payment via direct bank transfer, which remains our preferred method. We also offer flexible payment plans. A deposit is required to secure your booking, after which I will provide a tailored payment schedule with updated invoices to suit your budget and timeline.
How much spending money will I need?
This depend on how much you love shopping! Most of your meals, all of your accommodation and almost everything else is included in the price. You will only need extra money for shopping and small personal items. You may also need money for the occasional meal not listed in the inclusions although we ensure that the meals provided on those days are abundant… and believe me I am Italian so you will definitely not go hungry.
