I love smoothies for Breakfast lunch or dinner as they are so easy to throw together. This Peanut Butter Smoothie is a particular favourite of mine for breakfast, mid morning snack or dessert. Its filling, naturally sweet, nutty and delicious. It takes 5 minutes to make and it is jam packed full of flavour, crunch and it’s a great base to start where you can add your own flavour creations.
Place all the ingredients and the Peanut Butter into a blender and blend until smooth, top with a drizzle of peanut butter, more muesli and your choice of toppings including more coconut, cocoa nibs, sliced banana…go nuts !
