Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You must not confirm your booking unless you agree with the following terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the booking, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions for the booking.
Minimum group size is 10 passengers travelling on the same flight. If the group numbers fluctuated this may result in a difference in fare level, therefore the quote/booking will be repriced. If numbers falls below 10 the group will no longer be eligible for group airfares and will be requoted using the cheapest available wholesale fares, this may result in a price increase.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required within 7 days of confirmation of Norfolk Island travel, unless previous arrangements have been made. Any amendments after a deposit has been paid and prior to your final payment will incur a minimum fee of $50 per person. Changes made once final payment has been received will incur a minimum fee of $50 plus any additional charges by the airline, accommodation houses and/or service providers. Cancellations after your final payment has been received may equal up to 100% of total package cost – subject to the cancellation policies of airlines, accommodation houses and service providers. Balance of payment due no less than 75 days prior to travel.
Are permitted up to 7 days prior to departure. Spelling error within the name will incur a minimum fee of $50 per name change. A complete name change will incur a minimum fee of $50 per name change, in additional the original person will lose their deposit of $250. Any ticket requiring reissuing will incur a fee of $100 plus any additional fare collection.
It is highly recommended travel insurance be purchased at the time a deposit is paid to cover cancellation fees and unforeseen circumstances. Pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed. It should be borne in mind that our destinations are islands and can be subject to aircraft diversions in extreme weather conditions or other circumstances, which can cause major disruption to schedules.
Prices quoted by Oxley Travel for Norfolk Island travel package are subject to change without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as an increase in air or land costs. Airport taxes & levies are subject to alteration at any time and must be passed onto the consumer when advised by the airline, government or relevant authority.
All group fares and ticket taxes are subject to change with or without notice and consequently can only be guaranteed once full payment and ticketing have taken place.
Air New Zealand allow 1 piece at 23kg plus 1 piece of carry-on baggage. Group fares include inflight service.
A valid passport or a passport office issued Document of Identity is required for entry to Norfolk Island. As of the 1st July 2016 Norfolk Island will come back under Australian rule. Consequently we anticipate that Australian Residents will no longer require a passport for Norfolk Island travel. However this will need to be confirmed closer to the time. I will update you once we know this for sure.
