Looking for a quick filling breakfast on the go? This Fruit Salad, Granola, Yoghurt Smoothie will certainly hit the spot. In fact, when I made this and had it for breakfast I was completely full until the afternoon. I use a mix of different fruits as I had just made a huge bowl of fruit salad. Feel free to use what ever fruits you have in the fridge or freezer. The yoghurt in this recipe is from Queenslands Maleny Dairies which give the smoothie a luscious tang and a wonderful creaminess. This mix also makes a fantastic ice cream should you choose to freeze it.
1 cup of fruit salad or fruit of your choice
1/2 cup yoghurt
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tblsp shredded coconut
1/3 cup water or coconut water
1/4 cup gluten free granola
freeze dried strawberries for garnish
