Perfect for dressing salads, vegetables, marinated meats, fish or drizzling over the top of cooked meats, once you make this Italian Flavour Bomb you will be using it for everything.
1 cup virgin olive oil
3/4 cup red wine vinegar
zest of 1 lemon
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp thyme (dry or fresh)
1 tbsp oregano (dry or fresh)
1 tbsp Basil (fresh or dried)
1 tsp sugar ( optional)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
So simple…. take a large jar that will fit 2 cups. Combine all the ingredients in the jar, put on the lid and shake until combined. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
