Having stepped out of her Mondo Organics restaurant kitchen in 2007 Dominique’s journey continues working freelance further developing her broad experience in a variety of capacities as recipe writing, food stylist, product promotions and consultant. Dominique prides herself on her integrity, professionalism, effectiveness and is committed to excellence and success within any capacity she undertakes. Her attention to detail, passion for food and stylistic approach enables her food styling, recipe and product development to shine with her simple unfussy approach. Dominique’s unique style is paramount in her expression for her cooking presentations, demonstrations, product promotions, food styling and consulting work.
Dominique possess a natural passion for creative food, and a deep desire to develop innovative cuisine using quality, clean, fresh produce. Combining her world food flair and European background her dedication is responsible for where she is today and where she wants to be tomorrow. Developing her ongoing experience with recipe development, and recipe writing her clients so far have included Gourmet Garden, Rubbermaid, Department of Primary Industries, Flora, Campbell’s, Nudie Juices, Ricadonna Asti/Fosters, Angelo’s Pasta Products, HACO Swiss, Diane magazine, Courier Mail, BBC Good food, Delicious magazine and Gourmet Traveler.
Branching out into the food styling scene in Brisbane has been a life long dream for Dominique who started her food styling experience during her 7 years at Mondo Organics Restaurant with dishes that featured in many of Australia’s print and TV media including Great South East, Ready Steady Cook, Food lovers Guide to Australia, Lifestyle Food, 9am with David and Kim, Gourmet Traveler, Diane Magazine, The Masters of Cuisine, Everyday Health, Brisbane News, The Courier Mail, and also for clients such as Haco Swiss, Red Candy, Publicismojo, Subway, Meat and Livestock Australia, and Wok me Noodle Bar.
