Unveil the aromatic trio of Chermoula, Harissa, and Preserved Lemons, the foundation of Moroccan flavour alchemy. Dive into the smoky goodness of Zalouk a smokey cooked Eggplant and Tomato Salad. Explore the bold flavours of Cauliflower with Charmoula, White beans with Harissa and a delicious easy Vegetable Tagine with preserved lemon. The flavour doesnt stop there, we also make the famous Maakouda a crispy Potato Fritter, adorned with a tantalizing Yogurt Sauce. Conclude with the richness of Buttered Couscous, Caramelized Onions, Spices, Almonds, and Herbs. Let’s bring the essence of Morocco to your kitchen! Bon appétit! ( Vegetarian)
