ABOUT THE CLASS:
Welcome to Moroccan Biscuits and Breads Class.
In this hands-on cooking class dedicated to beloved breads and biscuits, you’ll learn to create fragrant, golden breads such as the flakey Spinach, Harissa and Sheeps cheese Msemen, the staple of the Moroccan diet Khobz, and a quick and easy Harcha pan fried bread. For biscuits we will be exploring the techniques, aromas, and rituals that bring Moroccan kitchens to life.

Spinach, Harissa and Sheeps cheese Msemen – flakey, buttery, delicious
Khobz bread – a fluffy round flat bread about 1 hour for rising
Pan fried Harcha bread – no rise just mix, shape and cook
Lemon and Walnut Cookies
Snowball Jam and coconut cookies
Ma’amoul – stuffed spiced date cookies with Rose water
Traditional Ghriba cookies – chewy soft almond biscuits laced with orange blossom water
