Morocco, described as being dazzling and beguiling, the hustle and bustle of the various Medinas is intoxicating, the serene calmness of the mountains is invigorating. The enticing smells of the spices and the ochre colour of the mud brick houses will be embedded fondly in your memory.

Experience the country, sea and city as we take you on an exciting culinary and cultural journey of Morocco and its surrounding towns.   The Highlights of our Morocco trip truly covers a diverse country ranging from fertile fields, captivating mountains, desert sands and arid landscapes as well as cities, small towns and mountain villages each with their own unique characteristics and people.

Cities like Fez, Marrakech, and Chefchaouen evoke images of medinas, spice markets, and couscous, while the geographic extremes – from the Atlas Mountains to country resorts to camels in the desert – make it eminently photogenic.

Beaches and Berbers, medinas and mosques, souks and sand dunes… Morocco has variety, mystery, history and an exotic culture that has fascinated travellers since long before the modern traveller arrived.  With knowledgeable and insightful guides and warm and generous locals who truly enjoy showing and sharing their country with you.   During the tour, we visit Medinas, Mosques and markets, as well as discover where the Moroccans make and paint their pottery, dye and make the leather goods, weave the famous moroccan rugs, gather the argan nuts and turn them into product, and buy and eat fresh seafood right off the boats.

This tour is ideal if you have always wanted to travel to Morocco, but don’t want to travel on your own or deal with all of the arrangements.  To experience as much of Morocco as you can without lifting a finger is easy. Our itinerary will maximize your time so you can experience the many different cultures of a fascinating country.

The trip offers the opportunity to not only experience Morocco’s wonderful landscape, but also to meet the people and to learn about their culture and way of life.

A TASTE OF THE 2026 ITINERARY

We meet you at Barcelona Airport for a private transfer to our hotel.

The rest of the day is free until we meet you for dinner at one of Barcelonas incredible seafood restaurants.

After breakfast we head out into Barcelona to explore the best of the city’s specialty food shops to sample the local flavours. Stop in a wonderful little store that specializes in olive oil products, and perhaps also a charcuteria to see its enormous range of famous Spanish cured meats. You may also pop into a charming boutique that has been roasting their own almonds, hazelnuts and dried nuts for over 150 years!

Continue on to enjoy some fabulous chocolateries, traditional wine stores, and both historic and contemporary bakeries. The options are endless!

No culinary experience of Barcelona is complete without the famed Boquería market on the Ramblas, where your host will show you some unique stands, and his/her favourite places to buy products. You will finish with some tapas washed down with local wines.

After breakfast at the hotel we offer you to select from your choice of two “Your World” full day Experiences today:
1. Countryside Experience – Visiting Local Producers & Chefs. Start today’s experience visiting a local producer of cheese and wine. Meet a dynamic couple dedicated to high-quality artisanal production. While Núria transforms fresh milk into handcrafted cheeses, Josep tends to the grapes and oversees their fermentation process. After an introduction, enjoy a private tasting of their unique products in a charming space adjacent to their farmhouse. At lunchtime, meet “the Wild Chef”, a rebellious cook residing in a remote enclave. A true master of his craft, he has honed his
skills in the prestigious kitchens of Michelin-starred restaurants before embarking on his own journey. After a foraging walk around the property, where he will explain the use of local ingredients, witness a unique show-cooking experience.

2- Full-Day Excursion To Montserrat, Followed By A Winery Visit &Lunch In Penedes.   After breakfast, our expert guide and driver will meet you at your hotel.
A few kilometers away from the busy Barcelona stands one of the most impressive mountains of Catalonia, a unique Natural
Park, and a massive rock over 4000 feet high. Visible for miles, Montserrat’s strange shapes and rounded peaks jut into the sky;
offering paths, stairs, caves, chapels and hermitages scattered into the mountain, extraordinary landscapes and wonderful
views. Montserrat transmits peace and tranquility mixed with large doses of adventure and mystery.
Visit the most famous monastery of Catalonia, home of the Our Lady of Montserrat, commonly known as La Moreneta (the Dark Madonna). Explore the magnificent mountains of the Natural Park and enjoy the spectacular views. You will walk between the
spectacular flora with your expert guide and you will see the sanctuary from above, which has been in use for almost 1000
years for pilgrims, who have climbed this spectacular mountain. Then visit the monastery and basilica, home of the famous
Lady of Montserrat. Later on, you’ll continue the day by heading straight to the wine-growing region of Spain, El Penedès, home to several
prestigious vineyards – known locally as “cellers”. Learn all about Cava, a high-quality sparkling wine, as well as local whites
and reds, as you visit a family owned winery. During the visit you will taste refreshing Grand Reserve sparkling cava and awardwinning organic wines, paired with a delicious tapas lunch onsite at the winery. At the end of the day, return to Barcelona with your guide and driver.

Dinner tonight is at our hotel

In this tour we unveil the true essence of Spain. With breathtaking landscapes, rolling wheat fields, Medieval villages, and the lush green terrain of the Ebro River Valley, Rioja is not only one of the best regions for food and wine in Spain but is rated among one of the top destinations around the world.

This tour will give you one of the most delicious journeys into this regions best producers while crisscrossing the stunning countryside, with vineyards and villages pressed against the mountains.

We start the tour in Laguardia,  a picturesque small medieval walled town, perched on a hilltop. With over 300 wine cellars beneath us which spans almost larger than the town itself,  this is where your Spanish immersion really starts.

Enjoy Michelin star dining, the famous specialty pintxo and wine bars of Logrono, guided walking tours of nearby towns such as Briones and Haro, premium and private wine tastings and food pairings in award-winning wineries, local food market visits, cooking demonstrations in private members only Gastronomy Society clubs. We indulge in experiences with local insiders such as chefs, winemakers, artisans, and artists.

We discover the Basque Country’s seaside symbol: San Sebastian,  Cider tasting, visits to famous cheesemakers, and a visit to the cliffs of Zumaia are complimented with wine tastings and a visit to one of the boutique small good producers, famous for his sausages and cured pork.

As an extra addition to our Spanish journey we venture to the South of France with guided tours  to Biarritz and the fabulously bustling and beautiful town of St Jean de Lux.
