Salad Dressings
In an attempt to give you more recipes with just one click, here are more salad dressing and a selection of my favourite flavour bombs. So versatile, easy to make and with ingredients you will definately already have have home.

Easy
Moroccan Spiced Yoghurt Dressing
- 250g natural Greek yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoon Moroccan seasoning
- ¼ cup chopped mint
- Salt and pepper
Method
Combine all the ingredients together and keep in the fridge for up to two weeks.
Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped continental parsley
- ¼ tsp oregano dried
- Salt and pepper
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a jar and shake to combine. Keep this in the fridge, if the oil hardens , leave the dressing out for 10 minutes before using again.
Creamy Horseradish Dressing
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tblsp horseradish cream
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon of white vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Method
Combine all the ingredients together and keep in the fridge for up to two weeks.
