ABOUT THE CLASS:
Inspired by the dishes and flavours experienced while travelling through Morocco. I will be cooking with you the best of Moroccan flavours. Vibrant smoky taktouka, chermoula-stuffed sardines, chicken tagine with saffron, olives and lemon and lamb kefta tagine with Rose Harissa, apricots and pistachio salsa. We compliment these with traditional easy Batbout bread and throw together flavoursome sides like caramelised pumpkin and zucchini and herb salad. Mint tea and Moroccan biscuits to finish with orange and pomegranate salad — capturing the warmth, generosity, and depth of Moroccan home cooking.
