In this vibrant cooking class celebrating Sicilys bold, rustic cuisine. You’ll create crisp chickpea panelle a delicious street food adapable for any occasion, vegetable caponata with a twist on the traditional recipe, Lemon and mozzarella arrancini, stuffed fresh Tuna involtini, and the easiest baked parmesan zucchini which makes a delicious side dish hot or cold. We’ll finish with pasta tossed with cauliflower, saffron and pine nuts and for dessert, classic ricotta and pistachio crema cannoli.
