Looking for something a little more fun for breakfast? This berry muesli Sunday is the perfect way to enjoy your favourite breakfast ingredients all at once.
Other Muesli options
For a delicious bircher muesli, combine 2/3 cup of Protein packed muesli with 2/3 cup or
natural organic no added sugar apple juice or fresh orange juice and ½ cup of natural
yoghurt and allow to sit in the fridge overnight. Stir in 1 grated apple and 1 tablespoon of
sunflower seeds. Top with ½ cup of blueberries – serves 2 people
For a winter warmer, combine ¼ cup of Protein packed muesli with ½ cup of milk over a
moderate temperature until the oats have thickened, serve with 1 small banana sliced and a
pinch of cinnamon – serves 1
Substitute the berries for fresh fruit salad of your choice.
2 cups of mixed berries, fresh or defrosted
400g natural greek or coconut yoghurt
2 tablespoons of natural maple syrup or honey
1 cup cup of Protein packed Muesli
